The Airbus Corporate Jet is a medium-range business jet based on the A319 airliner. A related version is based on the longer A320, and Airbus also has been quite successful with sales of its A318 Elite business jet. Like its main competitor, the 737-based Boeing Business Jet, the ACJ is a twin engine aircraft equipped with luxury in mind. The cabin includes options for bedrooms, living and dining areas, office space, conference rooms and bath and shower rooms, and is slightly wider than that of the BBJ family. The ACJ is particularly popular with heads of state, including the presidents of Brazil, Thailand and the Czech Republic.
