The Falcon 2000 business jet is a descendent of the Falcon 20 model. The twin-engine 2000 is essentially a scaled-down Falcon 900, with a range of about 4,000 nautical miles (4,600 miles). The 900 and 2000 share the same fuselage width, but the 2000 is shorter in length. Certified in 1994 and first delivered in 1995, it has transcontinental range and seats 10 to 14 passengers. Dassault has introduced the updated 2000EX, 2000LX and 2000DX models.
